Properties are advertised each week and are available for bids from Thursday until Tuesday each week. You will not be able to place bids on a Wednesday.

IMPORTANT NOTICES :

Before ‘bidding’ on properties please be sure that you have read all the details of each one, and would accept the property and be prepared to live there if you are successful.
Please make sure we have all your latest contact phone numbers. When the cycle closes we will now contact you by text message if you have been successful with your bid. We can send a text message to landlines and mobile phones. If you get our text message to your landline phone, you will need to press 1 to receive the message. (We do not always write to applicants). If you do not answer you may miss out on an offer of accommodation.

When you receive your text message you need to contact us on 01777 713801 or 01777 713887 to let us know you will be attending the viewing .

HOMES THAT ARE ADVERTISED ARE NORMALLY OCCUPIED, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO VIEW.

Important: Should you bid for and accept a property that does not meet your medical needs, please note any adaptations are subject to assessment by the Occupational Therapy Service and you may be charged for adaptations carried out. If your current home has been adapted, A1 Housing may not facilitate any further adaptations in your new property.

* Your unique reference number is on all letters we send you, and usually starts with HR then a 7 digit number followed by -1. Simply use the numbers, for example; HR1234567-1 becomes 1234567.

* The PIN is initially set to the date of birth of the main applicant. (dd/mm/yyyy) - so for example a date of birth of 15 June 1950 becomes 15/06/1950. (You must use the backslash key in between)
