Properties are advertised each week and are available for bids from Thursday until Tuesday each week.  You will not be able to place bids on a Wednesday.

IMPORTANT NOTICES : 

1. Before ‘bidding’ on properties please be sure that you have read all the details of each one, and would accept the property and be prepared to live there if you are successful. 
   
   
2. Please make sure we have all your latest contact phone numbers.  When the cycle closes we will contact you by phone if you have been successful with your bid.  (We do not always write to applicants).   Be aware, when we contact you, our numbers may come up as 'number withheld'.  However, if you do not answer you may miss out on an offer of accommodation. 

To make sure we have the correct contact details or to update your contact details please telephone the Housing Advice Team on either 01909 533426  or 01777 713202.

* Your unique reference number is on all letters we send you, and usually starts with HR then a 7 digit number followed by -1.  Simply use the numbers, for example; HR1234567-1 becomes 1234567.

* The PIN is initially set to the date of birth of the main applicant. (dd/mm/yyyy) - so for example a date of birth of 15 June 1950 becomes 15/06/1950. (You must use the backslash key in between)
