The allocation of properties will be determined by 5 bands according to housing need. To go onto the housing register applicants must complete a housing application form. This will provide the information necessary to assess the need for re-housing. Applicants will be placed in 1 of the 5 lettings bands dependant on their circumstances.
If you do not agree with the band you have been awarded you should contact the Housing Advice Team on 01909 533426 or 01777 713202, so we can discuss your housing application and make sure we are aware of all your circumstances and, if necessary, check that we have all the supporting documentation required.
There is a single Housing Register and existing BDC tenants will have their request for re-housing assessed on the same basis as other applicants on the register.
