About us
A1 Housing Bassetlaw Ltd is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), which currently manages approximately 7000 properties throughout the Bassetlaw district, on behalf of Bassetlaw District Council (BDC).
A1 Housing services are organised into three areas, each reporting to a Director. The Managing Director has overall responsibility for the management of A1 Housing. The three service areas are: Technical and Housing Services, Finance Services and Strategy and Change.
