Properties are advertised each week and are available for bids from Thursday until Tuesday each week.  You will not be able to place bids on a Wednesday.

IMPORTANT NOTICES : 

1. Before ‘bidding’ on properties please be sure that you have read all the details of each one, and would accept the property and be prepared to live there if you are successful. 
   

2. Please make sure we have all your latest contact phone numbers.  When the cycle closes we will now contact you by text message if you have been successful with your bid.  We can send a text message to landlines and mobile phones.  If you get our text message to your landline phone, you will need to press 1 to receive the message.  (We do not always write to applicants).   If you do not answer you may miss out on an offer of accommodation. 

   When you receive your text message you need to contact us on 01777 713801 or 01777 713887 to let us know you will be attending the viewing.
